Packing Process of Automatic Fabric Roll Packing Machine
The fabric roll coming from the inspection machine will be transported by the inlet conveyor to main packing unit for main sealing and side sealing with PE film,the photo sensor will detect the width and diameter of the fabric roll to ensure there is no packing material wastage.On the completion of side sealing,the packed roll will be transferred by outlet conveyor to heat chamber,to ensure a vaccum packing effect.
