Why would some fabrics roll are not packed, but just passed away from the machine(ST-ARPM)?
It is because there is no inlet conveyor, operator would send the fabric roll to main packing unit directly by hand.
The fabric roll had not finished width sealing,when operator put another roll into packing machine, so the machine didn’t detect the coming fabric roll and fail packing.
Besides, if the fabric roll is not feed straightly onto the conveyor which also disturbs the detection of the coming fabric roll and fail packing.
Solutions 1)Equip an fabric roll inlet conveyor
2)Keep feeding fabric roll one by one with a little pause, not squeezed.
3)Feed fabric roll straightly onto conveyor, not deflected.
