Does the fabric inspection machine have a guard or shut off switch in case someone hurts the hand?
There is a shut off switch on operation panel (in below red), in case someone puts their hand near the rollers, press the button, the machine will stop running.
Normally, the rolling speed is 15m/min, this speed is safe enough, and there is a enough gap between two rewinding rollers, in case someone puts their hand into the rollers,the hand will not be rolled and hurted because of the safety speed and enough gap.
We do not suggest you to add the sensor or guard.
1)Adding a sensor to induce the anything near the roller, the machine will stop immediately, this idea is perfect, but it's not working actually.
Suppose the operator need to check the roller during machine running or to adjust the rollers as per the actual condition, the sensor may induce the operator and stop the machine.
2)If the guard is added on rewinding position, it will be much more complicated for fabric feeding and fabric roller doffing, the operator may need to bend over all the time. And the machine price will be much higher.
