Is Suntech Fabric Folding Machine suitable for mesh net fabric?
Yes, we have upgraded the Fabric Folding Machine to be suitable for mesh net fabric.
1.We add one Motor at the fabric feeding position, which could feed fabric automatically without stretching.
2. Adding Electrical Tension Control, we will make sure the speed of fabric feeding, checking and rewinding are synchronized. The dancing roller is specially designed for tension control. The dancing roller will move up and down to control the fabric tension.
3.Adding Magnetic Powder Clutch, controlling the fabric tension before lapping, avoiding fabric stretching.
