How to ensure selvage well aligned after fabric folding machine?
ST-DFLM / ST-DFRM
1) Cloth Guider:
Adjust the pair of cloth guider to the optimal working condition, which could keep fabric in the center.
2) Folding Triangle Frame
Adjust Folding Triangle Frame as per actual situation.
3) Fabric-limit Bar
After folding on the Folding Triangle Frame, the folded fabric should go through the fabric-limit bar and operator should align the two edges by hand at this part.
4) Edge-Alignment Raster
Adjust the position of the Edge-alignment Raster and make sure the two edges of fabric are within the detecting range of Raster.
