How to make sure the PE film of Automatic Fabric Packing Machine will not stick on sealing cutter?
ST-ARPM Automatic Fabric Roll Packing Machine is used to pack fabric rolls for normal and vaccum effect with PE film.
How to make sure the PE film will not stick on sealing machine?
1.Please use the right packing material with good quality.The ideal PE film is in thickness of 60-80 microns.
2.Please set the correct temperature for the width sealing cutter&side sealing cutter.Normally it is around 125-130℃,but it could be adjusted as per actual situation.
3.Please do the clearance and maintenance regularly for the sealing cutter.Clear the cutter and cover "Anti-Adhesive Oil" or Laundry Soup on the Teflon Surface regularly.
