When there is no fabric roll inlet conveyor, operator would send the fabric roll to main packing unit by hand. Two conditions will be the cause.

1 When the first fabric roll is not completed sealing, the operator may put on the next , and the photo-sensor may not detect the width and diameter of the second roll.

2 Since the fabric roll is put by hand, it might be deflected, and the photo-sensor may not detect the fabric roll width and diameter correctly.

Solutions

1 Equip an fabric roll inlet conveyor

2 Keep feeding fabric roll one by one with a little pause, not squeezed.

3 Feed fabric roll straightly onto conveyor, not deflected.
